Here is this weeks installment of “Adonis Monday’s” courtesy of the guys at The Adonis Effect. This is a pretty short video that shows a new twist on the old push-up. This version is a bit more challenging, and allows you to mix up your same old routine. Enjoy!

I have done those offset ones before, but the “Spiderman” one is something I have never seen. that looks pretty darn hard to do.
It is difficult! I saw another one where you are doing the push ups on a set of dumbbells and when you are in the up position alternating lifting the weights. That one is also loads of fun!
